No, wBUT should not bar third year students from campus interviews. Such a decision will demotivate them. If they are assured of a job, students are more likely to put in their best.

wbut shouldn’t act irrationally. Getting a job in the third year not only boosts one’s confidence but is also an incentive to do well in studies and live up to one’s image.
