Recruitment policy for trainees

Freshers are recruited in retail sales, optometry, accounts and management. Campus recruitments are made as and when required. We also give due consideration to forced applications and employee referrals.

Mid-career recruitment

We have a strong in-house grooming programme but we sometimes take the help of consultancies.

Terms

All employees are taken on the rolls of the company after a six-month / one-year probation period.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be transferred anywhere in India. The company provides relocation benefits.
