We visit campuses to recruit MBAs and students of tourism. We also check out print ads and job portals.

It is done mostly through head-hunters.

Terms

About 85 per cent of our employees work full-time while 10 per cent work part-time. The rest are trainees.

Postings / transfers

We transfer employees for exposure, to provide opportunities for advancement, meet company needs and provide continuity of employment.
