Recruitment policy for management trainees

We take in graduates and postgraduates, preferably with technical knowledge in information technology (IT), as trainees. We generally choose from among candidates who apply through our website.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit people for our offshore / on-site projects for long durations, usually through direct applications and job sites.

Terms

On completion of training, a trainee can opt to join us, our MNC associates or the IT service centre.

Postings / transfers

We have an office only in Calcutta but our associates have offices all over India as well as abroad. Employees outsourced with our associates are posted or transferred as and when required.
