Have you tried baked peach with cilantro hung curd?

My Kolkata highly approves this delish delight, do try!

Do you want to have something fancy and tasty, but totally DIY? Try out Baked Peach with Cilantro-y Hung Curd recipe (and thank us later).

Ingredients:

  • Peaches: 6
  • Hung curd: 1 marge cup
  • Cilantro: 2 tablespoons
  • Rolled oats: 1 small cup
  • Honey: To taste
  • Rock salt: To taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Mint leaves: 1 tablespoon
  • Dry fruits: 2-3 tablespoons (Optional)

Recipe:

  • Deseed and cut the peaches in slices or in halves
  • Toss them with honey and a small pinch of salt and keep on a strainer
  • Meanwhile, preheat the microwave oven for 5 minutes and grease the baking tray with olive oil
  • Place the peaches and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 2-3 minutes
  • Beat the hung curd with honey, salt, finely chopped cilantro and add a couple of dollops in a bowl
  • Dry roast the rolled oats and add some dry fruits too, if you like
  • Sprinkle the roasted oats, place the peaches, drizzle some more honey and some chopped mint leaves too, and your resto-style, IG-worthy dish is ready
