AEEE 2025 Exam Pattern

Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering (AEEE) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University) for admission into its undergraduate engineering programs. The online exam is conducted adhering to the following factors:

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted in an online computer-based test (CBT) mode.

• Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours.

• Type of Questions: The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

• Total Number of Questions: The exam will consist of 100 questions.

• Marking Scheme: Each question carries 69 marks and 1 mark of negative marking for incorrect answers.

• Language of Exam: The exam will be conducted in English.

• Sections: The exam will be divided into four sections, namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

The distribution of the section-wise number of questions is stated as under
