Bridgerton stars Phoebe Dynevor, Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey turned heads at the 2024 Met Gala in New York on Monday, ahead of the May 16 premiere of Part I of the third season of the Netflix show. Here’s a look at their stunning outfits.
Phoebe Dynevor, who plays Duchess Daphne Basset in the Regency-era drama series, appeared in a custom Victoria Beckham dress, an intricate pink backless lace gown featuring hand-cut flowers and a floor-grazing train. A sleek bun, minimal accessories and nude lips accentuated her ensemble.
Simone Ashley, known for her portrayal of Kate Bridgerton, dazzled in a blue shimmery cut-out gown by Prabal Gurung. The 29-year-old actress flaunted her long tresses and opted for smoky eyes and matching press-on nails to round off her look.
Jonathan Bailey, set to reprise his role as Anthony Bridgerton in the upcoming third instalment of the period drama series, stole the show in a Loewe tuxedo. Three-dimensional flowers adorned the crisp collars of his white shirt and the beltline of his black chinos, aligning with this year's Garden of Time dress code at Met Gala.
Shortly after the red carpet, Bailey and Dynevor were spotted heading to an after-party together. While Dynevor looked gorgeous in a black mini dress, Bailey sported a white tank top and teamed it with white flared jeans.
Dynevor and Ashley engaged in a tete-a-tete at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art during the annual fashion extravaganza on May 6.
