The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing high-quality medical information and education to aspiring doctors.

The instructors of AIIMS, Kalyani are highly qualified and skilled in imparting in-depth information, bringing out the best in students, and leading them toward a bright future. Teaching and non-teaching personnel are both professional, cooperative, and supportive of students.

AIIMS, Kalyani is an autonomous institute which is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Medical Commission (NMC).

AIIMS, Kalyani offers a degree in MBBS for a duration of 5.5 years at the undergraduate level. The admission procedure at AIIMS, Kalyani is conducted online. To be eligible for admission which is based on academic merit, candidates are required to qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

The Training and Placement Cell at AIIMS, Kalyani is immensely dedicated to imparting industrial training and knowledge to students. They are sent to both government and non-government organizations and institutes.

The facilities provided by AIIMS, Kalyani include a library having both digital and traditional with books on Anatomy, Biochemistry, Community Medicine and Family, Dermatology and Venereology, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Microbiology, Ophthalmology, Pathology and Pharmacology, Paediatrics, Physiology, Psychiatry, Surgery and Nursing. High-speed internet on campus, an expansive auditorium with audio-visual devices, spacious classrooms are fully furnished with smart boards, projectors, speakers and microphones are available on the AIIMS, Kalyani campus. Separate hostels for boys and girls, laboratories with the latest technology along with a pocket-friendly cafeteria and 24*7 medical services are present to make the students' stay at AIIMS, Kalyani more comfortable.

Admission Procedure

To apply for admission to the All India Institute of Medical SciencesKalyani, candidates have to appear for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). All the nine AIIMS institutions across India - in New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Guntur, Raipur, Nagpur, and Bhubaneswar - offer admission through this exam. 

AIIMS Kalyani also provides  B.sc in a Nursing degree course, interested candidates must have completed higher secondary ( 10+2) with 60% from a recognized board. And the candidate must have to clear the entrance exam conducted by AIIMS Delhi.
