Auxilium College, Vellore (AC, Vellore) founded in 1954, is the first women's college in the district and is affiliated with Thiruvalluvar University. It is a Catholic Church-affiliated minority institution founded and run by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. It is primarily intended for deserving and willing Catholics to pursue their education further, but members of other communities are also welcomed without regard to caste or creed, and their rights of conscience are valued. Several undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate degree programs are conveyed by the college and the candidates are admitted based on the eligibility criteria and merit scores. The application procedure follows the online method while the selection is done obeying the guidelines of Thiruvalluvar University. The students are guided by eminent professors who are highly skilled and experienced in their respective fields.

Admission Procedure
Auxilium College, Vellore (ACV) follows an online method of admission. Applicants to AC are selected on the basis of merit and eligibility criteria. AC, Vellore offers Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses under the faculty of Science, Arts, Commerce and Management. Aspiring BA, BBA and BCom (Undergraduate) applicants to AC, Vellore must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognized board in any stream and with Commerce subjects respectively. Aspiring BSc applicants to AC must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognized baord with respective science subjects according to the chsoen concerned departments.

Placements
Auxilium College, Vellore (ACV) has its own Placement Cell for helping the students getting recruited in recognized organizations. The Professional Guidance and Placement Cell assists and mentors students in identifying their abilities, honing their interests, and making plans for their career development through a variety of initiatives such orientation seminars, soft skill training programmes, etc. Campus interviews are conducted by the placement cell and career guidance cell of the college. The Placement Cell of AC regularly invites recruiters for the effective hiring of the students.
