Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur provides the best available infrastructure for the holistic development of young minds. The three-storied Library building named Dr. Meghnad Saha Central Library contains over 90000 text and reference books, and provides a Book Bank facility to the students. Members can also access a large collection of digital and online resources such as CDs, DVDs, and e-journals. BCREC Library is a member of NDL and NPTEL and subscribes to IEL and DEL online databases, and IEEE(ASPP) package providing access to 179 online journals.

Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are present on Campus which provides boarding and lodging, common room and internet facilities. There are 3 boys' hostels accommodating 816 students and 2 girls' hostels accommodating 452 boarders.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle, BCREC has provisions for various outdoor and indoor games such as football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, and carrom. BCREC also has a well-equipped gymnasium with separate male and female trainers, as well as a recreational room where a visiting yoga trainer provides daily classes to the students.

Apart from spacious classrooms furnished with all necessary teaching aids, BCREC also has acoustically built smart classrooms for ICT-enabled teaching in all Departments. The Institute also has air-conditioned and fully equipped auditoriums and seminar halls, as well as an amphitheatre with a seating capacity of 900. BCREC has over 90 specialised laboratories equipped with cutting-edge technology, along with 2 Language Labs and 1 Computing Lab. The AICTE-IDEA Lab provides access to CNC Wood Cutter, CO2 Laser Cutter, 3D Printers, 3D Scanner, Electronic Design Assistance (EDA) etc.

The Medical Unit on Campus has a resident physician in collaboration with The Mission Hospital, Durgapur. The Hospital also provides for a medical officer from 12 noon to 5 pm every day, and round-the-clock ambulance service can be availed in cases of emergency.

Additionally, BCREC Campus has 2 food courts providing delicious food at nominal rates, along with a rainwater harvesting facility, solar photovoltaic power plant, generator backup, parking space and CCTV coverage.
