Gargi College (GC), New Delhi established in 1967, is affiliated with the University of Delhi. University Grants Commission (UGC) has recognised the college. It is a women’s college and offers courses in the streams of Commerce, Arts and Humanities, Science, and Education. Gargi College, New Delhi is one of the two colleges in Delhi to be awarded the distinguished ‘College with a Potential for Excellence grant’.

Admission Procedure
Gargi College, New Delhi follows an online method of admission. Gargi College, New Delhi offers undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses under the faculty of Bachelor of Arts, Science, Commerce and Masters of Arts, Science respectively.
B.Sc applicants need to pass the Higher Secondary Examination with respective or concerned science subjects according to the course. B.Com, BBE applicants need to pass the Higher Secondary Examination with commerce stream or background. B.A applicants need to pass the Higher Secondary Examination and can apply from any stream.
MA and M.Sc applicants need to have a bachelor's or equivalent degree in the relevant field from a recognized university/institute.
Applicants applying to Gargi College, New Delhi for both UG and PG courses are selected based on the eligibility criteria and scores obtained in the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET).
