Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota (IIIT Kota) is a public technical institute located in Rajasthan, India. It was established in 2013 as a joint venture between the Government of India, the Government of Rajasthan, and the industry partner Rajasthan Technical University. It is mentored by Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur and has been declared an Institute of National Importance by the Indian government.

IIIT Kota offers undergraduate programs with Bachelor of Technology [B. Tech] in Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. It also offers postgraduate engineering programs with Master of Technology []M. Tech] in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialisation in Information and Communication Technology. The curriculum of IIIT Kota is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of computer science, as well as advanced knowledge and skills in areas such as artificial intelligence, data science, and cybersecurity.

Admission Procedure

Candidates for admission to Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota must pass a 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Math, and  Joint Entrance Examination  (JEE) Main score obtained in the provisional seat allotment letter or Central seat allotment board ( CSAB) to apply for their undergraduate degrees. Candidates can easily apply for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan programs via the Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan. (CCMT) platform, which is based on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores.
