Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai (VJTI Mumbai) was established in 1887 and is currently affiliated with University of Mumbai. It is an autonomous institution owned by the Government of Maharashtra. The basic eligibility criteria are that the undergraduate applicants must complete their 10+2 level of education and postgraduate applicants should complete their Bachelor's degree.
