Mimi embodies the spirit of Earth Day by picking plastic on the beach

The actress shared an Instagram reel, urging people to be more mindful of the planet

Mimi Chakraborty’s latest reel is a grave reminder to care for the planet before it is too late. The actress shared a clip from her vacation, where she picked up a handful of plastic from the beach. The clip coincided with Earth Day (April 22), as Mimi questioned if the day was truly ‘Happy’ given how human beings treat nature. She reassured fans that it wasn’t too late, and urged them to make conscious choices to repair the damage by planting more trees and saying no to plastic. 

We can all be a bit more mindful by following Mimi’s footsteps, making our immediate surroundings a bit more greener.
