The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, has rescheduled the registration date for JEE Advanced 2024, stirring anticipation among aspiring engineers across the nation. Initially set to kick off on April 21, the registration process will now open its doors on April 27, 2024. Aspirants can access the online registration link on the official website of JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in.
The window for submissions will remain open until May 7, 2024. However, for those who successfully register, the deadline for fee payment extends until May 10, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants must have been born on or after October 1, 1999, unless they fall under the SC, ST, or PwD categories, which afford them a five-year age relaxation, extending the birth date cutoff to October 1, 1994.
Application Fees
As for the application fee, female candidates, along with those belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories, will be charged ₹1600, while all other Indian applicants must remit ₹3200. Online payment is the prescribed method for fee settlement, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.
However, the scheduled date of the JEE Advanced 2024 examination remains May 26, 2024. The day will be divided into two pivotal shifts: Paper I, slated from 9AM to noon, followed by Paper II, scheduled from 2.30PM to 5.30PM.
To partake in this academic marathon, candidates must secure a spot among the top 2,50,000 performers (across all categories) in the BE/ BTech paper of JEE (Main) 2024.
