Shining bright in vibrant clothes, Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri profess their love for each other in picturesque locations in the music video of Rabb Warga, the third track from their upcoming romcom Bad Newz slated to arrive in theatres on July 19.
Dropped by Karan Johar on Thursday, the two-minute-44-second-long video begins with Vicky and Triptii’s characters enjoying themselves at a wedding. Subsequent scenes show the onscreen couple romancing each other at picturesque locations. While Triptii dazzles in vibrant gowns, Vicky dons casual and formal outfits. Vicky professes his love for Triptii in the song, making for several wholesome moments in the video.
“Love’s got a new song with #RabbWarga! Song out now,” the director-producer, who has backed the film under the banner of Dharma Productions, wrote alongside the music video on Instagram.
Sung by Jubin Nautiyal, Rabb Warga is penned by Shayra Apoorva. It is composed by Abhijeet Srivastava and supervised by Azeem Dayani and Akashdeep Sengupta for the film that also stars Ammy Virk.
Backed by the makers of Raj Mehta’s Good Newwz (2019), Bad Newz is directed by Anand Tiwari. Touted as “a comedy based on true events”, the film is produced by Amazon Prime in association with Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective.
While Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra and Anand Tiwari serve as the producers, the screenplay has been developed by Ishita Moitra and Tarun Dudeja.
