Tripling (Season 3)
The official teaser of TVF’s popular road-trip comedy series Tripling, starring Sumeet Vyas, Amol Parashar and Maanvi Gagroo in lead roles, has come out.
Produced by The Viral Fever (TVF) and written by Akarsh Khurana along with Sumeet Vyas, the series follows three siblings on various cross-country road trips in bizarre circumstances. Along with the leads, actors Kunaal Roy Kapur and Kumud Mishra also play prominent roles in the series.
The first two seasons of the series are streaming on the TVFPlay app and website, while the third season has been picked up by Zee5.
Island of the Sea Wolves
Netflix has dropped the trailer of its upcoming nature documentary series Island of the Sea Wolves. The series is narrated by Canadian actor Will Arnett and shows Vancouver Island and its inhabitants.
The synopsis of this show reads, “Where the vast Pacific meets the wilderness of Canada lies a mysterious island, shrouded in mist and cloud, protected by some of the most violent seas in the world. But peer a little deeper and we find something even more remarkable: a community full of charismatic animal residents, just waiting to show you around. Join Cedar the wolf, Spiro the eagle, Sky the sea otter, and the rest of their neighbours on Vancouver Island in this stunningly-shot narrative series.”
Island of the Sea Wolves will be streaming on Netflix from October 11.
Gabriel Iglesias: Stadium Fluffy
Netflix has released the official trailer of American Comedian Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias’s upcoming standup special Stadium Fluffy. Iglesias becomes the first standup comedian to ever perform at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles.
In the trailer, Iglesias talks about his pandemic experience, the controversy he started on Twitter by defending Speedy Gonzales and his love for his chihuahuas.
Gabriel Iglesias: Stadium Fluffy will arrive on Netflix on October 18.
Violent Night
Universal Pictures has shared the official trailer of its Christmas-themed black comedy action film Violent Night. It is directed by Tommy Wirkola and headlined by David Harbour.
In the trailer, Harbour can be seen as Santa Claus on Christmas eve. He is supposed to deliver presents to a young girl from an extremely wealthy family. However, Santa soon finds out that the family and girl have been kidnapped by five mercenaries. He fights the goons to save the girl and also makes a plan to carry out his duty. The film also stars John Leguizamo, Cam Gigandet, Alex Hassell, Alexis Louder, Edi Patterson and Beverly D'Angelo.
Violent Night will hit the cinemas on December 2.
