Railway minister has some 'kavach': Opp tears into Modi govt as Mumbai-Howrah train derails

Opposition parties on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led central government following the Howrah-Mumbai Mail train accident in Jharkhand, which left two people dead and 20 injured.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee slammed the central government over the series of train accidents and wondered whether there will be no end to Centre's callousness.

The JMM said Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw should "stop making reels" and focus on his job instead. The ruling party in Jharkhand also said the "entire responsibility" for the train accident "lies with the railway minister and the central government".
