Calcutta, Aug. 18 :     Owing to heavy downpour which rendered the underfoot condition unfit for racing, the stewards of the Royal Calcutta Turf Club (RCTC) decided to postpone today?s races to Friday. The same race-card will hold good for the day. Accordingly, there will be no Mysore inter-state betting operation on the day. However, restricted betting on Mysore, after the last Calcutta race, will be conducted.
